How do I select the part I want to keep?

Is there a length or file-size limit?
There is no fixed limit, but very long files use more memory because the whole track is held in your browser while you edit. Most songs and podcasts trim instantly; multi-hour recordings may be slower on lower-end devices.
Should I export WAV or MP3?
