Recently Team Dignitas returned to CS:GO scene by signing these players:
Mikail “Maikelele” Bill
Joakim “jkaem” Myrbostad
Ruben “RUBINO” Villarroel
Faruk “pita” Pita
Ricardo “fox” Pacheco
Maikelele is a Swedish AWPer mostly known for is time in Ninjas in Pyjamas, as well as the international squad that has played under the Team Kinguin, G2 Esports and FaZe Clan banners.
Both fox and jkaem were former teammates of Maikelele on G2 Esports and FaZe Clan.
pita is known for his time as Ninjas in Pyjamas’s coach during the team’s best period in CS:GO, with him NIP won ESL One Cologne 2014 Major and also made it to the Grand Finals of DreamHack Winter 2014 and ESL One Katowice 2015 Majors.
RUBINO was most recently a member of North, but was eventually replaced by Philip “aizy” Aistrup, he was part of the former Dignitas team before going to North.
This time the player in charge of the team is Ricardo “fox” Pacheco who will be team captain, this decision was made by taking into account the recent performance of the Portuguese player in the ELEAGUE Major Atlanta 2017 where he acted as a stand-in for SK Gaming and finished in the Top 4.
The team will compete under Team Dignitas banner in future events and they still have a spot in the ECS Season 3 Europe League.
