ELEAGUE Major Boston 2018

ELEAGUE will host another Major tournament again next year, being this one the 12th Major in the history of CS:GO and the second in ELEAGUE’s history.

The event will have a prize pool of $1,000,000 on the line for the teams that will compete. The group stages will be played in Atlanta, same place has ELEAGUE Major 2017 which was played in January this year. And the playoffs, the later stages of the event, will be disputed in Boston at the Agganis Arena, a 7,200-seat arena located on the campus of Boston University.

ELEAGUE Major Boston 2018, will start in January 19th 2018 and will have its final played at January 28th of the same year. Although, the Main Offline Qualifier will start in January 12nd 2018 and end in January 15th 2018 at the G-FUEL ELEAGUE Arena in Atlanta.

And there are 8 more spots TBD(To Be Determined), that will be seeded from the event’s Main Offline Qualifier.

ELEAGUE still lists Immortals as one of the eight teams with Legend status despite the fact that the Brazilian side currently have just two players from the squad that reached the final in Krakow on their active roster. For that reason, the spot is under review and in case Immortals cannot field at least 3/5 of the team that competed at PGL Major Krakow, will most likely have to fight for a spot at the Americas Minor via the qualifiers.

• January 19-22 – ELEAGUE Major Boston Group Stage (Atlanta)
• January 26-28 – ELEAGUE Major Boston Playoffs (Boston)
